DESIGN SPRINTS AND WORKSHOPS
I’ve had the opportunity to take part in and co-facilitate workshops across the globe during my time at General Electric. As the company embraced a broader shift toward applying design thinking to problem-solving and roadmap creation, I worked closely with diverse teams and customers to bring those methodologies into practice. From running deep external empathy sessions to untangling complex user journeys, these workshops spanned domains and disciplines.
What I’ve learned most is that the real impact of such sessions lies in collaboration, creating an environment where participants feel genuine ownership over both the process and the outcomes. I strive to continue facilitating these experiences with greater rigour, while deepening my understanding of human perception and group behaviour.
