DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOPS
I have been fortunate to be a part of various workshops around the globe while I was at General Electric. There is a worldwide movement across the company to apply design thinking and methodologies to solve problems and prepare road maps. From conducting intensive external empathy sessions to simplifying complex user flows, I have co-facilitated numerous such workshops with customers and participants from various domains. My biggest learning has been the fact that such workshops are all about collaboration and imparting a sense of ownership within the participants. I hope to carry on doing such activities in the future, with more rigour and strengthen my understanding of human perception and behaviour in groups.
